For the conceptual development of our CRM we are looking for a new team member in Munich as Marketing Manager CRM (m/f).

What you will be doing

  • Usage and strategic development of customer segmentation to get individualized information and create proposals  as well as ensuring of optimized campaign management
  • Planning, development and implementation of measures at all steps of customer life cycle for customer acquisition,-activation, retention and earnings optimization
  • Creative conception and realization of international CRM and direct marketing campaigns over all channels (e-mail, push, letter)
  • Analysis, monitoring and reports of  campaign success, interpretation of all measures with existing and new developed reports as well as derivation of recommendations
  • Interface function to (Online) Marketing, Sales and Product Management

What we expect from you

  • You have a successfully completed university degree in economy with focus on Marketing or an equivalent education
  • Multiannual experience in customer relationship management
  • You have a great analytical know-how as well as the ability to interpret data arrangements and KPI’s and are able to derive recommendations for action hereof
  • You are highly conceptual and interested in  e-commerce relevant processes
  • You have first experience in  writing advertising- and PR-texts
  • You can communicate both in German and English fluently
