Currently we are looking for a new team member in Munich as Intern/ Working Student System Administration (m/f).
What you will be doing
- 1st Level Support and Documentation of support cases for Windows, Mac, etc.
- Administration of VoIP phones (Auerswald)
- Ensuring Internet Security (VPN, Firewall)
- Network Installation, Monitoring and Maintenance (IP, routing protocols, router configuration)
- Server, computer and software installation and support
What we expect from you
- You are a student/ have an education in the field of computer sciences or other relevant disciplines
- You are familiar with networking technologies (i.e. patching of network sockets etc.)
- You know MS-Office, especially Outlook and you can provide support for occurring problems
- You have basic knowledge of computer and server installation and you can solve related problems
- You are a good communicator and not afraid to ask questions
- You are fluent in German and English
