Intern Customer Care (m/f)

Currently we are looking for a new team member in Munich as Intern Customer Care (m/f).
What you will be doing
- Provide 1st level support, documentation of support cases etc.
- Give customers technical assistance via phone, e-mail, chat, twitter
- Work on customer inquiries
- Support on integration issues
- Coordination with 2nd level units (IT, business etc.)
What we expect from you
- You are studying business informatics or a mixture of business administration and business IT
- You are a good communicator and are not afraid to ask questions
- Happy to work as part of a team in an IT environment
- You are fluent in German, English and ideally a third European language
