Currently we are looking for a new team member in Munich as Compliance Analyst French Market (m/f).
What you will be doing
- Review documentation provided by our customers to meet compliance requirements
- Reviewing customers websites concerning compliance regulations
- Handling of customer details and contractual data
- Processing incoming customer contracts
- Providing telephone support and consulting for potential customers
- Communicating the need for contractual modifications to applications when required
What we expect from you
- You have completed a commercional training or a similar qualification
- Ideally experience in customer care and/or administration
- You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written), further language skills are a plus due to our international customers
- You have good computer skills and knowledge of the popular professional software (MS Office)
- You think and act customer-focused and are able to work well within a team
